Over a century later, Kelly Clarkson turned that same philosophical line into the 2011 break-up pop anthem. 

That’s the fascinating thing about meaning: it’s alive, because we’re alive.

If an idea is strong enough to survive, it deserves to grow. That’s the deeper meta-insight Nietzsche’s quote offers; when a message is worth saying, it’s worth being said in a way that can be heard.
